I don't know how loud I got laughing at this movie. Freakin hilarious la. It's a must watch. Not much of a storyline but its so funnY!!!!! Hahahah. His skinny friend in the movie is soooOOOOo cuteeeee! When he does his wide grin and girly shriek... eeeeeeeaaarrrrrrghhhHH!!!!! SSSSSOOOOOO CCCUUUTTTEEE!! ahahahahah. I haven't watched a good movie that could make me really laugh in ages. Like seriously... I loved this movie.
"Nachooooooooooooooooooo"
Yes, anyhoo... today was also pretty cool. Josh came over again. We hung in my room like lazy pigs lying in the same position from 2:50 to 4:30pm. Somewhere in between that, I taught him the difference between a pantyliner and a sanitary pad =p Hahah! Hope it will be of good use when he moves to KL in a few days. *Awwwwwww...*
Then he sent me over to Michelle's house around 5pm and I followed her and her parents over to the Pavilion fooorrr.... *drum roll*
Mm.. so the whole thing started at 730pm.
It started off with the first band, Mood Indigo from the UK. They played more of those typical jazz songs you hear like Billie Holiday and Michael Buble.
I personally enjoyed the 2nd band the most, Diamond Dave and the Dooddadies from Australia. They were more to the Chicago-style blues and jazz. They certainly got our feet moving!
There were half-hour breaks in between each band performance and each break there would be this cute band, T'Inventielke, from Holland playing cute songs like you know, those big tuba sounds you get from Vegetales or something. They would all do these cute little dance moves. And they had uniforms! Ahah! Cute cute cute..
Oh, and did I mention we met Moses? And Iqbal.. and Arif.. and his friend..
Anyhoo, the third and last band I saw was Habana Sax from Cuba. Wooohhh.. their music was all over the place! Like, you know, you like it for its 'bunga' but can't figure out the beat. Hahah. Well, yeah, apparantly they were back here by popular demand. By then, just about everybody was up on their feet. Oh, and they had cute little dance moves as well =p And not to mention their cute drummer too.. Hahahahah! I was being stalker-ish and tried to steal a picture of him. They all turned out blur.. Booohoo ='(
My night ended before 12am. Very early, considering the whole thing was to go on till 1am. I missed the other two bands. I actually really wanted to see that Japanese band play, I mean, have you ever heard of Japanese jazz? Heh. But I had a great night just the same. Thanks gurls for such a great time!!!! =)))
What a way to end my semester break..
